Miriam Behar is a professional Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist in Miami, Florida, and winner of The 2010 Bride's Choice Award.

She is the preferred makeup artist of The Signature Grand, South Beach Marriott, and many other numerous hotels, wedding planners and photographers throughout South Florida.  

Over the past 9 years, Miriam has worked for fashion photographers, theater, video production, advertising campaigns, fashion shows and special events, such as weddings, sweet sixteens and vow renewals. She has also been published in several magazines and works on celebrity photo shoots. 

Miriam has had the honor and privilege of working side-by-side with some of the beauty industry's top artists, including Fatima Olive, and CARMINDY, from the hit tv series "What Not To Wear."

Because Miriam cares about your health, as well as the beauty and outstanding quality of her services, she goes to great lengths to educate herself and those around her regarding the safety & ingredients of cosmetic and haircare products. Brands that Miriam uses include M.A.C Cosmetics, Jane Iredale, Egon Schiele, Paul Mitchell, KORRES Natural Products & AVEDA haircare products. 

All of Miriam's makeup applications are done in strict accordance with current sanitary methods, and disposables are used whenever possible, to avoid contamination of the products.

Miriam's educational background includes: Florida College of Natural Health, M.A.C Cosmetics, Kaizen Beauty Academy, and Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry.

She has also held the position of Instructor of Makeup Artistry at International Makeup Career Center/The Makeup Store. Currently, she works as a makeup artist and hair stylist for FORD Artists Miami, and Terribly Girly Productions, a production company that specializes in 1940's/1950's vintage pin-up style photography. She is a member of I.A.T.S.E. Local 500 and a staff makeup artist with the Florida Grand Opera.
